He is based on the 1950’s Christmas song of the same name by Walter ‘Jack’ Rollins and Steve Nelson. • Over-sized plastic inflatable full body suit with zipper at rear to ensure air-tight sealing. Suit has attached black hat, pipe and a plastic scarf just like Frosty!
