Check Eligibility
Ensure your item is unworn, in its original packaging with all tags attached, and is not a restricted item like wigs, makeup, or hosiery for hygiene reasons.
Submit a Request
Log into your account portal and select your order to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a printable return shipping label.
Pack and Post
Securely package your costume to prevent damage during transit and drop it off at any authorized shipping location using the provided label.
Refund Processing
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or process your exchange within 5-7 business days.
